Two and a half years after the release of the eulogized homonym work, the respected melodic power metal band of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, releases "Believe", that reveals us a conceptual production. Deep themes, introspection, nobility, fidelity, moral values, historical gnosis. Believe is a sui generic work: conceptual, the compositions turn into myths, international ones, that are hidden on the subconscious and the imaginary of the human race along the centuries.

The Believe design is impeccable. The band took advantage of the approached theme with extreme creativity. The sketch of this CD is made with overlays and aging of color layers, what results in the parchment impression, beside the source style adopted and the illustration transforms in a true book of mythical tales.

The book in the enigmatic magician hands, that appears in the cover, turns on the chords and exciting rhythms.

The mythical aspect of the lyrics takes the communion with the sound of the work: already in the few seconds of the Indian Forest song, emphasized in the Little Indian Voice, Burning in Hell makes our mind to dive into a deep ocean of mythical sensations.

An aggressive and virtuous album, that brings a ripe sonority, orchestrated with a classic rigidity. Uncommon is the bass used in Believe: it plays independently of the guitars, one moment executing the vocal melody, another making fast or complexes sentences, just like Medusa, composition witch it makes lines all the time and not always it holds the chords tone.

The acoustic parts are followed by the drums, that brings grooves and different elements, like the tribal sounds. The drummer uses the hands often to follow the sentences, what directly influences in the musicality, resulting in great power metal quality, with the arrangements that are simply perfect!

Musically, Believe is superior to the previous album. Faster, technical, with thematic-sound symbiosis, the vocal surprises, the guitars scream, the drums and the bass dictate a frenzy of marvelous power metal sound, that has never been produced before in these South American lands. The band is overflying the Helicon Hills!!!

There, where neither eagles dare to fly, it emanates the sound of the Burning in Hell!

To play heavy metal music is not easy in Brazil. Just see Burning in Hell. Created nine years ago, the group faced a little of everything along the time: countless line-up changes, the distance from the music centers and even the death of one of the musicians, were the stones that Burning in Hell had to break to continue in your way. However, the heavy metal course is just for the strong people: B.I.H. survives and released the first album, recorded in São Paulo city, on the Encore Records studios.

Formed by Leandro Moreira (vocal), Geraldo Aita (guitar), Jil Andrade (guitar), Gabriel Doria (bass) and Marcelo Moreira (drums), the Burning in Hell has a name that can take the most incautious to think that is about a black or death metal band. But the name's idea was other: to be different with a strong and impacting name. It makes reference at the Inquisition time, when all the church ordered to burn the "sinners" (people accused of witchcraft).

As anything in life of Burning in Hell happens in easy way, the recording of the debut album was almost like childbirth - since it was a long one year to be finished as the band wanted to be make international level CD like this, it has also Kiko Loureiro participation (Angra) in two strips.

Before the cast of this 1st album, a lot of good things happened. For example, the band had a Split-CD released in Japan with the Japanese metal band Aiming High, besides having accomplished countless shows and having participated, as opening act, of concerts of bands like Angra, Shaman, Krisium, Dr. Sin, Sonata Arctica and Hammer Fall.

In the year of 1999, however, a tragedy fell within the band: the death of the founder and guitarist Emanuel Pieruccini. After this fact, it was cogitated the end of the Burning in Hell activities. But the families support (including fans and friends) from Brazil and several countries and the love of B.I.H. by the heavy metal's flag, overcame the shock and the pain to return stronger than never!

The bands perseverance ended up being worthwhile. So much that the first album was sold out two months after it's release, the critics were also positive, the CD crossed the ocean, it sould and listened in Japan, reached great success: being the 82nd position on the charts and the 14th place on the Burn! Magazine (Japan) ranking, it was also the 26th position among the best sellers on the great shop H.M.V.
